Scotwood Limited were instructed by Squarestone into a JCT Design & Build Contract for the CAT B fit out of Inospace office refurbishment at Glasgow Airport Business Park in the Lightyear Building.

Lightyear is a newly refurbished Grade A office building.

Working with the design team of Project managers Circle Development, architects and designers C2 Concepts and Mechanical and Electrical Consultants Hoare Lee , Scotwood created 42 flexible office suites , designed to accommodate 2 to 40 people each.

The turnkey fit out contract was over a 12 week period and within a busy occupied office and Scotwood delivered once again on time and on budget. As well as the flexible offices with glazed screens, a business lounge , reception and meeting rooms were also created with folding screens to ensure further flexibility.
