The project involved the general strip out and refurbishment of the entrance, reception and common stairwell at 250 West George St, to give a strong first impression combining contemporary style with the traditional architecture.

The businesses in the building continued to operate throughout the fit-out so the Scotwood team completed all-night shifts and weekends to meet the building schedule with the minimum of disruption.
