We are proud to have been the main contractor on fit-out designed by HKSD for D R Newitt Recruitment at 2 Lochrin Square, Edinburgh.
The design uses modular collaboration areas, for maximum space efficiency, with more of the home and 3rd place comforts being introduced to enhance the workplace experience.
For example, the fit-out incorporates a welcome area with a social hub and kitchen as well as private offices and meeting rooms.
Materials used to create this hybrid friendly environment for staff included Allura Strip wood vinyl tiles, Milliken carpet tiles, Ocula double glazing.
Bespoke furniture was created by Scotwood to enhance the social hub and welcome areas including ceiling rafts with planting by Benholm.
