We completed this full office fit out for illuminate Technology Ltd in Apex 2 and 3 at Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh.
The turnkey project began with the removal of a separation wall between Apex 2 and 3 to create a larger open plan office, meeting rooms, boardroom, reception and break out areas, kitchen and prep areas, a large communications room, and a safe room.
The reception design is in the industrial style, featuring exposed services in the ceilings. Acoustic ceiling panelling by Hunter Douglas Textile incorporating integrated lighting and ventilation grills was installed in the meeting rooms - and Optima Revolution 100 double glazing system, provides additional visual interest and sound insulation throughout.
The reception area featured a bespoke seating area, designed and manufactured by Scotwood while railway sleeper booths provide additional break out meeting space.
Major M&E work was involved throughout and the whole project was completed in three months.
